Process for Clients Receiving Food
Each person in your family will receive a 5-day supply of food. You can pick up food once a calendar month.

Call 978-454-7445 on the day you'd like to pick up food. Hours of operation and associated times to call and schedule an appointment are listed below

Tuesdays: Call between 9 am - 12 pm (noon); Pick-up hours: 10 am - 1 pm

Wednesdays: Call between 9 am - 12 pm (noon); Pick-up hours: 10 am - 1 pm

Thursdays (Day): Call between 9 am - 12 pm (noon); Pick-up hours: 10 am - 1 pm

Thursdays (Evening): Call between 6 pm - 7 pm; Pick-up hours: 7 pm - 8 pm

Upon arrival, come into the building, and speak with our front desk volunteer. They will ensure our records for your household are up to date, review the types of items you would like to receive, and give you a food order number. We will then ask you to wait outside of the building until your number is called.

Our food line volunteers will fulfill your order as rapidly as possible. When your order is ready, a volunteer calls your number and you hand them back the numbered ticket you were given at the desk.

Your order will be on a cart that you may take outside to a vehicle. We ask that you return the cart when you're finished.

After you receive your fulfilled order, you may browse the clothes, books, and other donated items available in our lobby. You may take up to two plastic grocery bags of items.

PARA HACER UNA CITA
Por favor llame 978-454-7445 el día en que querría hacer una cita para recoger los alimentos. Comenzamos a contestar el teléfono una hora antes de abrir. Nuestro horario de servicio es los martes, los miércoles, y los jueves de las 10:00 am- a la l:00 pm y el jueves por la tarde de las 7:00 a las 8:00 pm.
PROCEDIMIENTOS PARA RECOGER ALIMENTOS
En la hora de abertura, a los clientes se les darán su número de servicio. Debido a las condiciones actuales de Covid, pedimos que los clientes esperen afuera hasta que llamemos su número. Cuando se llame su número y después de que su pedido de alimentos haya estado encargada, pueden aprovecharse del pan, postres, ropa y cualquier exceso de alimentos que estén disponibles. Después de recibir sus alimentos y cargar su carro, por favor devuelva el carrito dentro del edificio.
Cada persona de la familia recibirá un suministro de cinco días de alimentos. Se puede recoger alimentos una vez en cada mes calendario.

Por favor ligue para 978-454-7445 no dia em que você gostaria de buscar sua comida. Nós começamos os atendimentos telefônicos uma hora antes da abertura. Nosso horário de atendimento é: Terça-Feira, Quarta-Feira, e Quinta-Feira de 10:00 às 13:00 horas. E também Quinta-Feira à noite de 19:00 às 20:00 horas.
PROCEDIMENTO AO BUSCAR SUA COMIDA
Dirija-se à recepção e pegue seu número de atendimento. Devido ao Covid, pedimos que você espere do lado de fora até que seu número seja chamado. Após seu número ser chamado e sua encomenda feita, você pode procurar roupa, pão, massas e qualquer outra comida extra disponível. Após receber sua encomenda e colocá-la em seu carro, por favor retorne o carrinho ao devido local.
Cada membro de sua familia receberá comida suficiente para 5 dias. Voce pode vir fazer sua coleta uma vez por mês.
